RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

WE WANT YOU TO ABSOLUTELY ADORE YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE FROM OCEAN SWIM. IF, FOR A REASON, YOU ARE UNSATISFIED, YOU MAY RETURN THE ITEMS WITH THE TERMS BELOW FOR THE PIECES YOU’VE PURCHASED.

RETURNS INFORMATION

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange (International customers have an allowance of 45 days), gift card or refund. This does not includes sale items, all sale items are considered final sale.                                                                                          
  • Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.                                                                                                                                                                                                              
  • For hygienic reasons, all swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact. If items returned do not pass the hygiene or quality of return check you will not be issued a refund.                                                              
  • Unworn items must be returned in original OCEAN bag                                                                                                                                                                
  • The original postage cost is non-refundable when a return is made.                                                                                                                                       
  • Customers are required to pay for their return shipping costs.                                                                                                                                                           
  • Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a store credit or refund.                                                                                                                                                                                
  • All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you have used a combination of Gift Card, Credit Card, PayPal, then your Gift Card will be re-issued and your payment refunded.
