  • Return and Exchange Policy

    We want you to have an amazing experience with Ocean Swim. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms

    Returns

    • You can return items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange, store credit, or refund (International customers have 45 days).

    • All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

    • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    • Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact. If the item doesn’t meet this requirement, we cannot process a refund.

    • Returns must be in the original Ocean bag.

    Exchanges

    • If you’d like to exchange an item, please note that any items out of stock will be refunded or issued as store credit.

    Shipping & Costs

    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • Please ensure your return is shipped with a trackable service to ensure it arrives safely.
